Although your choice of support package may not include support for a network or server configuration, we will however provide support for a computer which utilises a basic router/firewall/modem in order to access the internet. |

| Network configuration supportIf you have two or more computers interconnected (e.g. via a Hub, Switch or Wireless Access Point) in order to send data between one another, then you need this support to be included within your package. |

| Security & Anti-Malware managementSecurity and the threat of Malware (such as viruses and rootkits) should always be a concern for any individual or business that utilises a computer system. All of our engineers and technicians are aware of such risks and will ensure you are too. We will highlight any potential issues and work with you to find a practical solution. |

| 3rd Party Application supportA 3rd Party Application would include an anti-virus product such as Kaspersky, a bespoke database, or an accounting package such as Sage. It would be impossible to support every application in existence but we would happily spend the time trying to help solve any issues you may have. We have advanced diagnostic systems which may help provide a clue as to the fault. We may even contact the software manufacturer directly on your behalf! |

| Detailed Network AuditAll of our software support packages requires a network audit as part of the setup cost. This ensures we are fully aware of your current setup in terms of physical equipment/connections and software configuration. It is also extremely important to your business. You will have written documentation which details how everything is put together including all of the Administration account passwords. |
