A ‘HP DL380′ Intel server on our Platinum Plus package (24×7 – 4 hour response) is under £200 per annum whereas this would usually cost over £700 per annum from the OEM.

On Cisco kit we have recently provided one of our customers a 69% saving delivering a 24×7 call-to-fix against the previous service level they had of 4 hour response only.
