Hardware and Software Support

We will run all hardware and software to operating system level, ensuring all hot fixes and patches are deployed as necessary to deliver 99.5% availability levels to match the industry standard.
Application Management
System availability alone does not deliver the business value you need. PGMS has a diverse capability in managing the applications that the infrastructure supports. Using a centralised server running applications via Citrix in a thin client environment, we can monitor and manage all Microsoft applications including SQL, Exchange, CRM and Project. In addition we can also monitor third party applications to an up/down status and define and follow the processes required to manage them.
With 125 technical analysts, our established Service Desk can deliver User Support for Microsoft Applications, providing a user accessibility layer to further enhance our availability commitments. In most cases, we are also able to offer 3rd party application liaison to support users in this environment.

Within the software environment as a Microsoft Hosting Services Partner, we are able to offer monthly based rental of Exchange delivered through a version agnostic licence to enable real-time cost flexibility. In a Citrix environment we offer a per user price for a variety of applications such as CRM, Project and Dynamics.
From an infrastructure perspective we can support this transition from Capex to Opex through a range of leasing options with contract terms from 3-5 years.
