We and our partners and have been delivering 60% plus savings on OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and 30% plus on TPM (Third Party Maintainers) pricing. We have achieved this for blue chip corporations, Government organisations, mid size companies and small businesses so we can service estates both large and small.
An example could be an HP DL380 Intel server, we can provide 24 x 7 4 hour response for under £200 per annum this would cost £763 per annum from the OEM. We achieve the same sort of cost savings across the board , whether Servers, Comms, Storage or Desktops and you can add or delete equipment on a monthly basis. On Cisco kit we have recently provided one of our customers a 69% saving delivering a 24x7 call to fix against the previous service level he had of 4 hour response spare to site.
How we do this and maintain if not increase the service levels, is due to the fact that we and our partners have over 1000 field based engineers and turnover in excess £380m. We and our partners are the companies that provide the service to the OEM's and also other service providers, not only is our operational cost lower but also we do not have to add several layers of margin, that is why we can offer significant cost reductions and a more personal service.
