Adam has worked for HP, Compaq, and Digital Equipment companies, rising from software engineering to Global Account Director.

Adam has enjoyed considerable success in his corporate career by not only increasing product sales but creating and bringing to market new service offerings which large corporates then offered to their customers.  The services which Adam created and delivered earned his employers hundreds of millions of pounds over his tenure in the corporate world.

In 2005, Adam decided it was time to take these services to the wider SMB market place which had been studiously ignored.

Adam, along with Andrew Robinson, formed Paradigm Global Managed Services Ltd.

Andrew Robinson

18 years “C” Level and Senior Executive Engagement experience.  18 years Resource Management experience running a leading Search Practice.  10 years Managed Service experience delivering solutions to large blue chip and emerging lead technology companies.

Andrew has grown the Paradigm Global Solutions business 140% year on year.  Paradigm are currently advising several Times 500 companies on resourcing strategies and cost cutting process’s to enable a more competitive edge in the market.
